Big shout out to the Highlands tech team on the delivery and on-site training of my HM/E-1501C. He went through all the ins and outs on my machine, did a tension stitch out test, and even helped me stitch out a hat. This is an upgrade in service from what is encountered with a competitor. Great job!
I am a new business owner starting out the embroidery field. The training I received both on software and the system has been wonderful. The trainers are friendly and try to help you relate to the information so that you retain it. I am happy that I chose to purchase through MESA as their support and service assistance has been unbeatable!

My Highland C5 embroidery machine is awesome. This is not my first embroidery machine. My first one was a different brand. At first I was scared to buy a different brand (Highland) but now that i did buy it I am very happy not only is it faster than my other one, it is also more quiet. It is a little bit smaller than my other but has the same embroidery field. Keith at Mesa is great l have called him on sundays and he always answers. Were else will you get that kind of service? When i am ready for machine number three i will definitely be getting another Highland.
I just want to give a big HIGH FIVE to your tech Jesus! He has been helping to troubleshoot a problem on my 6 head. He was very patient, informative and responsive. He worked to help find the solution and walked me through the troubleshooting. This is the 2nd time I've worked with him on a couple of other issues, and he was always very professional. Thank you so much Jesus!
I can't say enough about the people at Mesa...they really strive to help you succeed with your/their machine. As Will put it yesterday that they as a company are only as successful as their customers. He was literally there from 12:15 ish til around 3: 45 ish...he did not leave til I was completely comfortable, happy, and understanding of the machine. I literally stood and loaded a hat onto the driver, then took it off , put it back on... for probably 30 minutes til I saw my errors all by myself without Will's help. I was frustrated before, but I'm so glad I hung in there. Thank you Will, Jerry, and my husband for not letting me give up. I know it's a machine and it's still going to break threads but now I know how to work with it.
Very pleased with Mesa and the Highland 1501C5! I just completed training with Candice on the machine. She's very knowledgeable and thorough. I was too intimidated to touch the machine before training, but now I'm anxious and ready to make all kinds of things! Thanks to Candice, I feel very comfortable with the machine now.
We thoroughly enjoyed our embroidery machine training with Candice. She was patient, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the product and training to anyone interested in your company.
I just want to send my thanks to MESA for having such a great machine and impeccable customer service. In the past we have always used Brother machines, but when my company was expanding into larger sewing surfaces and I needed a new machine, I did months of research to find the best bang for my buck and I found it here with Highland. After a few minor adjustments my 15 needle machine is the most quiet workhorse I have ever used. My embroidery files range from 20,000 stitches to over 700,000 stitches, and at 1200 spm on flats it doesn't take long to sew them out. I highly recommend Highland to anyone and can't wait to look at buying a multihead.

Everything is going great! I actually just embroidered some golf towels with our website and tournament on them to give away at this tournament. It was so nice being able to run them without any problems - now that I know all the proper settings. Thank you so much for your help. I would just like to send another email to let you know how much I appreciate your tech Wes. I am preparing for busy season with varsity where I have your machines run 20 hours/day or more. I have a few bugs I have been trying to iron out and Wes has been very patient, prompt, and thorough with his return calls and emails. Sadly this is not always the case with companies today and I just wanted to highlight his great customer service skills and attentiveness.
We bought an HM1 from you guys in December. We got it refurbished, it had a few issues when we got it. You thought I was going to complain didn't you? Not at all. Actually We just wanted to thank you all for everything.
I was reading on a t-shirt forum the other day about a guy that bought a brand new DTG printer from (another company) and the print-head was faulty right out of the box. Since it was a "consumable" part they refused to give him a replacement. Well we thought we had the same issue and you guys there could have did the same thing and you didn't. Yes the print-head was fine but the capping station wasn't and you guys went ahead and not only replaced it but sent someone out to us to do it for us.
As far as your training, in our opinion it was impeccable and everyone there has been so nice and professional. You guys have excellent customer service and a smart business sense. We will in the future I'm sure buy an additional DTG and we wouldn't dream of buying one anywhere else and it is because of your great service and friendly people...
I NEVER really recommend anything to anyone and I certainly don't usually feel compelled to tell a company how great I think they are but we really are that impressed with you all and you made our buying experience a good stress free one and we just wanted to say THANK YOU!!
I just want to comment on your tech support!!!! Rich ROCKS!!! Any time that we have had a problem with our equipment he has gone above and beyond helping. Trouble shooting and walking us through any issue has been instrumental in keeping us a float.
I would also like to comment on Jesus, our last problems that we had with the registration wheel he was right there with Rich in narrowing down the problem and getting it fixed. I can not convey what an asset they have been to us and I am sure your company. Please pass our greatest Thanks to both of these men.
Since we were coming to Ft. Worth for the ISS, I called about a month ago to see if we could get the machine in first thing Friday morning and hopefully get it repaired while we were at the show. They scheduled us for that day, we dropped off the machine, went to the show, were notified mid-day the machine was repaired and stitching fine. Went back that afternoon and picked her up.
Our technician was Duane and he did an awesome job. He was courteous, knowledgeable, listened to all my comments and descriptions and very easy to work with.
Thanks MESA for working us in so we could make 1 - 12 hour round trip from NW OK to Ft. Worth combined with the ISS instead of 2. We have had our machine for 9 years, purchased from MESA and every experience with them has been a good one. We appreciate you and just wanted you and others to know. Great Job!
I would like to start off with: "**** why did I not do this earlier". Ami Benson is the best sales lady in the business. I have had nothing but, good service from her even before I decided to purchase my 1501C machine. I sent an email online and got a call the next day. Ami, was not pushy she was very helpful and informative.
I left Mesa after my tour of the facilities wanting to purchase every machine Mesa manufactures. I got my machine with in a couple of days and I was up and running. Business has been good and I am going to purchase another 2 machines at the beginning of the year. Ami, get ready I am coming back and I don't want to deal with anyone but, you.

We purchased the single head embroidery machine, after months of thought and worry, afraid it was going to be complicated. But your training people were GREAT.
